you’re beautiful. you don’t have to be skinny or thin to be beautiful. everyone, and by everyone i mean all these 6-7 billion people on this earth, are worth something. even though you can’t tell, i can. and how are you sure that people don’t like you? i’m pretty sure someone loves you. your mom? dad? siblings? why do you get mad? don’t. don’t have any regrets. don’t regret something that once made you smile or even giggle. you’re worth so much more. you are beautiful. and i might never get to know you or meet you but i care about you. i care about your health and everything you do. next time you take your razor/knife up, i want you to remember that you’re loved, beautiful and incredible. then put the razor down, get yourself a cup of hot chocolate, put on a movie and smile because you’re making progress. you didn’t cut. you became stronger.
